Manufacturing.

We are proud to be a UK manufacturer of high-quality, British furniture solutions for the workplace, healthcare, education and more. We have great expertise in manufacturing of wood-based panels – from bespoke furniture pieces to large-scale production.

Onyx Furniture has an ongoing investment program and in 2021 invested heavily in new state-of-the-art manufacturing machinery, allowing us to give the cutting edge in decorative material handling, from drilling to cutting and intricate CNC work to edging.

We have a team of machine operators and skilled trades people which helps us offer a beautiful range of furniture and solutions.

Material we work with

We work with almost any panel product, whether it is Chipboard, MFC or MDF, veneered or laminated board or solid grade compact laminate or HPL.

For our laboratory solutions, we supply Trespa TopLab Base or Plus or Fundermax Max Resistant 2 worktops with machined out drain channels to sink, sink apertures and worktop connector bolts connectors.

Machinery we operate

We run and operate the latest SCM equipment installed in 2021, within a digital factory running from barcodes and machine labelled panels, before they are cut and then scanned to the next machine or process giving traceability.
